Agenda & experience design
Turn leadership priorities and team input into a focused, human agenda with clear outcomes, thoughtful pacing, and the right mix of discussion and connection.
Leadership offsites, thoughtfully planned
Offsite Studio takes the planning weight off your team—from venue search and agenda design to logistics, vendors, attendee experience, and the small decisions that make the day feel effortless.
You don’t need the venue, budget, agenda, or dates figured out before reaching out.
Calm, considered operations for the moments that matter most.
The planning, made lighter
Whether you need a partner from the first blank page, help getting an event over the finish line, or a reset when planning has gotten messy, Offsite Studio meets the work where it is.
Turn leadership priorities and team input into a focused, human agenda with clear outcomes, thoughtful pacing, and the right mix of discussion and connection.
Source hotels and coordinate the workback plan, owners, venues, vendors, travel, room flow, materials, swag and gifting, budget, and run of show so leaders can stay present.
For an event already in motion: clarify the objective, close planning gaps, surface risks, and give the team a workable path to the date.
What we can take off your plate
Corporate offsites rely on dozens of connected decisions. We keep the moving parts visible and moving.
Shortlists, comparisons, negotiations, and decision support.
Budget visibility, vendor coordination, and procurement-ready documentation.
Objectives, sequencing, pacing, breaks, dinners, and working sessions.
Room blocks, arrivals, ground transportation, and attendee logistics.
Menus, dietary needs, dinners, activities, and moments people remember.
Invitations, FAQs, reminders, logistics notes, and pre-read coordination.
Room setup, vendors, materials, timing, transitions, and contingencies.
Decision capture, action owners, deadlines, and a clean close to the work.
A clear path to the room
Planning should create space for the important work. The process stays collaborative, visible, and grounded in what the team needs to leave with.
Tell us what you know: team, timing, location ideas, budget range, and leadership priorities—or simply that you need an offsite. We’ll help shape the rest.
Turn the moving parts into a clear workback plan with decisions, owners, deadlines, options, and risks your stakeholders can follow.
Coordinate the venue, vendors, attendee needs, experience, and day-of flow so your internal lead can take part in the offsite.
Close the loop with decisions, next steps, and owners so the offsite creates momentum after the room clears.

Questions before getting started
Rough information is enough to start. Dates, headcount, destination, goals—or even just the idea.
Starting earlier gives your team more venue, travel, and experience options. For an offsite already in motion or a compressed timeline, the planning team can identify the decisions that matter most and build a realistic path to the date.
Leadership and executive gatherings are the core focus. The same planning approach can also support team retreats, strategy sessions, and other high-touch internal gatherings. Share your team’s needs, and Offsite Studio can talk through the options.
Yes. Offsite Studio can step in after the venue is selected and support the agenda, vendors, attendee communications, travel, onsite flow, or any pieces that still need an owner.
Yes. The planning team can organize vendor comparisons, budget details, documentation, and coordination to support your internal procurement or finance process.
That’s fine. A working range can be shaped around headcount, destination, hotel standard, food and beverage, travel, and the experience your team wants to create.
Yes. Offsite Studio can plan international offsites. The team’s corporate event experience includes programs in the U.S. and abroad, with offsite planning across destinations in Europe, Asia, and Australia. Location and scope can be discussed on an introductory call.
Each engagement is scoped to the support needed. Scope and fees are discussed before planning begins, so your team can make a decision with a clear picture of the work.
